Intelligent operator guidance (augmented reality)
We integrate advanced Arkite technology to project digital instructions directly onto the work area, guiding the operator step by step and eliminating the risk of human error. We implement the solution under three types of licenses depending on your needs:
- Arkite Guide (guidance and flexibility): Ideal for complex processes with experienced operators. It offers just the right visual guidance to achieve zero errors, optimizes cycle times and completely eliminates paper manuals.
- Arkite Validate (standard position control): Our most requested solution. It enables rapid implementation in production through sensors that actively validate the operator's position, reducing training time and waste.
- Arkite Vision (machine vision verification): Designed for high-value or critical products. It incorporates an intelligent camera with machine learning that verifies the real state of the assembly at any stage to guarantee total quality.
Electrical kit
We design the electrical heart of every station, adapting to both training environments and the demanding requirements of the manufacturing industry:
- Modular electrical kit (educational line): The ideal solution for schools, training centers and laboratories. It consists of a compact modular box equipped with the essential electrical protections, guaranteeing a safe, intuitive and educational learning environment.
- Industrial electrical panel (pro line): Designed for real production environments. A custom-built electrical cabinet that integrates advanced protections, power supply and industrial PC. The whole assembly is delivered certified, in strict compliance with all current safety regulations.
